These prices are per property (not per person) and include Florida Sales/Tourist Tax and departure cleaning charges as well as all utilities and linen/towels.

The minimum rental is 7 nights (preferably Saturday to Saturday) except for the Easter and Christmas/New Year holiday periods which are 14 nights. Additional nights are sometimes possible at 1/7 weekly rate per night (see above).

Discounted rates are available for stays of 4 weeks or longer.
